CUCKOO WAS CONFERRED WITH 2 PRESTIGIOUS AWARDS BACK-TO-BACK

KUALA LUMPUR 27 June 2019 – CUCKOO Malaysia, leading home appliance brand received 2 awards from 2 different esteemed organisations in a week of victory for the brand.

Frost & Sullivan’s Best Practices Awards

Top growth partnership company, Frost & Sullivan hosted the annual Malaysia Best Practices Awards on the 26th of June of this year at the Hilton, Kuala Lumpur. There, CUCKOO received the award for 2019 Malaysia Home Water Filter Customer Value Leadership.

This award represents CUCKOO’s effort in ensuring the products and services conceptualised are according to the needs and wants of customers. “Entering its fifth year in Malaysia, CUCKOO is growing exponentially with triple-digit year-on-year growth rates. The company’s unique differentiation lies in its focus on enhancing customer value and retention through more than 1,000 after-sales personnel, the largest team of its kind in the country.”, described Frost & Sullivan analyst Yik Yen Koh.

This award marks CUCKOO Malaysia’s third year in a row as a Frost and Sullivan’s Best Practices Award winner after winning Malaysia Home Water Filter Growth Excellence Leadership Award in 2017 and 2018.

 

The BrandLaureate BestBrands Award 2018-2019

The following evening on the 27 th of June, CUCKOO Malaysia has received The BrandLaureate BestBrands Award 2018-2019 for the fifth time since its establishment in 2014.

The award gala dinner was held at the Majestic Hotel. Esteemed attendees from different backgrounds come together to celebrate reputable brand names and individuals who were awarded for all the dedication and hard work they have contributed in their respective industries.

CUCKOO Malaysia’s Chief Revenue Officer, Mr Mak received the award on behalf of the company. About the award, he said that “CUCKOO is incredibly honoured to be recognised by the prestigious BrandLaureate as a Best Brand once again. We received the title of ‘Most Outstanding Best Choice Brand Award’ which signifies our position in the market as a brand that is conscious about the customers’ needs and wants. In just 4 years, we have celebrated many triumphs and achievements in hopes of being the no. 1 home appliance brand in Asia. This award has motivated us to consistently stay true to our philosophy of being ‘Beyond Standards’.”

Established in 2014, CUCKOO Malaysia will be celebrating their fifth-year anniversary in October.
