What is this new CUCKOO+ mobile app all about?

The ALL-NEW CUCKOO+ mobile app is a customer-exclusive membership mobile app upgraded on the 1st of August 2021 to deliver greater user experiences and introduce greater perks!

It includes exclusive user features to allow all CUCKOO and WonderKlean customers to manage each product/service purchase more conveniently and earn exciting rewards!

Who can register?

The CUCKOO+ mobile app is a customer-exclusive membership mobile app.

Only customers* who have purchased at least 1 CUCKOO product / WonderKlean service can register.

*No limit to the time of purchase. Whether you’re a customer from 2014 or 2021, as long as you are or have been a CUCKOO / WonderKlean customer, you will be able to register.

Where can we download the CUCKOO+ mobile app?

The CUCKOO+ mobile app is downloadable via Google Play / Apple App Store / Huawei AppGallery.

If you have previously downloaded the old CUCKOO+ mobile app (before the 1st of August 2021), do update to the latest version (CUCKOO+ Version 5.0) via Google Play / Apple App Store / Huawei AppGallery.

Registration

Where do I begin and how do I register?

The CUCKOO+ mobile app has recently been upgraded and launched on the 1st of August 2021 to deliver greater user experiences and introduce greater perks!

To begin and register:
a. Download/update the CUCKOO+ mobile app via Google Play / Apple App Store / Huawei AppGallery (Search ‘CUCKOO+’).

b. Click “Register” for registration.(existing/old users from the old CUCKOO+ mobile app must also register as part of an upgraded security feature to further safeguard your information).

c. Fill in your details. The NRIC and mobile number must match the information used to purchase a CUCKOO product / WonderKlean service previously.

d. Create a new password.

e.Read and acknowledge the Terms & Conditions.

f. An Authentication Code will be sent to the registered mobile number. Fill in and click submit.

g. You’re all set! Proceed to login to explore the new world of next-level features.

Help! I can't login after updating / downloading!

Don’t wory! If you have recently downloaded / updated your CUCKOO+ mobile app to the latest version (Version 5.0), please register again to login into the new mobile app (yes, even if you’ve already had an account / registered with the old CUCKOO+ mobile app).

The requirement to register again is part of our upgraded security feature to further safeguard your information.

I have registered with the OLD CUCKOO+ mobile app previously. Must I register again?

Yes! After updating / downloading the latest CUCKOO+ mobile app (Version 5.0), you must register again to login into the new mobile app (yes, even if you’ve already had an account / registered with the old CUCKOO+ mobile app).

The requirement to register again is part of our upgraded security feature to further safeguard your information.

Why must I register again?

The mandatory registration in this new update is part of our newly introduced security feature to further safeguard your information.

I can't register. Why?

The CUCKOO+ mobile app is a customer-exclusive membership mobile app. Only customers who have purchased at least 1 CUCKOO product / WonderKlean service can register.

If you are a customer, the registration info (NRIC & mobile number) you entered must be the same as the ones used for your previous purchase(s).

Help! I have trouble registering. I can't remember the information I used to purchase a CUCKOO product / WonderKlean service previously.

If I register again, will all my CUCKOO+ reward points be missing / forfeited?

With the launch of the upgraded CUCKOO+ mobile app on the 1st of August 2021 and end of the ‘Clear-My-Points’ campaign on the 31st of July 2021, all unclaimed CUCKOO+ reward points has been forfeited.

However, if you have registered an account with the old CUCKOO+ mobile app previously, your unclaimed CUCKOO+ reward points for product(s) purchased / payment(s) made from May 2021 onwards** will be added into this new CUCKOO+ mobile app.

If this is your first time registering with the CUCKOO+ mobile app, you will receive points for your product(s) purchased / payment(s) made six month prior to your registration.

*New CUCKOO+ rewards points will be updated on the 15th of every month. (E.g. If payment is made on the 15th of August to the 14th of September, your new CUCKOO+ reward points will only be reflected / updated on the 15th of September.)
**Limited to a maximum of 6 months worth of unclaimed points from month of registration [register anytime from August – October 2021, unclaimed points from May 2021 will be returned; register in November 2021, unclaimed points from June 2021 will be returned (limited to 6 months)].

Must I be a CUCKOO / WonderKlean customer to register?

Unfortunately yes. The CUCKOO+ mobile app is a customer-exclusive membership mobile app.

What are the main features of the CUCKOO+ mobile app?

The all-new CUCKOO+ mobile app has been upgraded for greater convenience and with enhanced security!

Through the latest CUCKOO+ mobile app, you can:
a. Schedule your service appointment for your CUCKOO product(s) / WonderKlean service(s) on-the-go.
b. Verify the appointed service personnel through a QR code.
c. Check / Manage your CUCKOO / WonderKlean order(s).
d. View and pay bills instantly.
e. Earn reward points and redeem exclusive rewards.
f. Be informed of the latest promotions for CUCKOO & WonderKlean.
g. Get instant support with our CUCKOO AI Chatbot.

How can I schedule a service appointment?

Now, with the latest CUCKOO+ mobile app, you can schedule your service appointment more conveniently!

All you need to do to is:
a. Click on the ‘Schedule Appointment’ button on the homepage.
b. Click on your CUCKOO product(s) / WonderKlean service(s).
c. Schedule a date & time.
d. Confirm your appointment!

What do I do if I need to reschedule / cancel my service appointment?

Don’t worry. With the latest CUCKOO+ mobile app, rescheduling or canceling your service appointment is really easy!

All you need to do to is:
a. Click on the ‘Schedule Appointment’ button on the homepage.
b. Click on your CUCKOO product(s) / WonderKlean service(s).
c. Click ‘Reschedule / Cancel’*.
d. Schedule a new date & time.
e. Confirm your new appointment!

*Rescheduling / Cancellation on the CUCKOO+ mobile app can only be done 3 days before the scheduled service appointment. For further assistance, kindly get in contact with our Customer Service Representation via our CUCKOO AI Chatbot on www.CUCKOO.com.my and CUCKOO+ mobile app or our Careline at 1-800-88-8181(from Monday to Friday [9am – 6pm], Saturday [9am – 1pm] excluding Public Holidays).

How can I double check when is my service appointment?

Opps, if you’ve forgotten when you have scheduled your service appointment:

a. Click ‘Appointment’ on the bottom bar of your CUCKOO+ mobile app homepage.
b. Click on your CUCKOO product(s) / WonderKlean service(s).
c. The service card with all the appointment details will then appear.

Can I track my past service appointment records?

Of course you can!

Just click ‘Appointment’ on the bottom bar of your CUCKOO+ mobile app.

Then select ‘Completed’ to view your past service appointment records.

Why can't I schedule a service appointment?

For now, the service appointment can only be scheduled from the 25th of the month before your next service(s) is due.

For example, if your next service is only due in September, you will not be able to schedule an appointment before the 25th of August. You can only schedule the appointment from the 25th of August onwards.

What is the 'Scan' button for? / How do I verify the service personnel through the 'Scan' button?

The QR code scanner is part of our upgraded feature to ensure greater security for all customers.

Now, you can verify the authenticity of the service personnel who attends your service appointment by:
a. Requesting for the service personnel’s QR code.
b. Click ‘Scan’ on the bottom bar of your CUCKOO+ mobile app to scan the service personnel’s QR code.

Upon scanning, the authenticity of the service personnel will be verified to provide a greater peace-of-mind and assurance to your safety.

How do I know if I have outstanding bills? / Where can I check my outstanding bills?

In the latest CUCKOO+ mobile app, your outstanding bills will be displayed on the mobile app’s homepage!

How can I view / download my bill(s) / receipt(s) for my payment(s)?

To view / download your bills / receipts, follow the steps below:
a. Click “View Orders” on the CUCKOO+ mobile app’s homepage.
b. Choose & click on the product(s) / service(s) you wish to review.
c. Click the “…” symbol at the top right corner.
d. Choose “View Payment”.
e. Select the date on which payment was made for the receipt.
f. Your receipt will be displayed for viewing or downloading
(click on the download button on the top right corner to download).

How can I manage my CUCKOO product(s) / WonderKlean service(s)?

To manage your CUCKOO product(s) / WonderKlean service(s), click on ‘View Orders’ on the CUCKOO+ mobile app homepage, and all your CUCKOO product(s) / WonderKlean service(s) will be displayed on this page.

Click on each of the CUCKOO product / WonderKlean service to get more information about your order or purchase!

How can I pay my outstanding bill(s)?

Making payment is more convenient and safer with the new CUCKOO+ mobile app.

Just click on the ‘Amount Due’ tab on the CUCKOO+ mobile app homepage, then click ‘Pay Now’ to proceed for payment*!

The balance / outstanding value will be updated and reflected on the CUCKOO+ mobile app within an hour upon each successful payment.

*Note: As part of an intergrated security measure, you’ll be required to undergo an eKYC verification (for identity verification with their NRIC) before you are able to make any payment.

Points & Rewards

Will I lose all my CUCKOO+ reward points after upgrading to the latest CUCKOO+ mobile app (Version 5.0)?

With the launch of the upgraded CUCKOO+ mobile app on the 1st of August 2021 and end of the ‘Clear-My-Points’ campaign on the 31st of July 2021, all unclaimed reward points has been forfeited.

Where can I view my CUCKOO+ reward points?

To view your points in this newly upgraded CUCKOO+ mobile app, click on ‘My Rewards’ on the mobile app’s homepage.

Your current CUCKOO+ reward points balance will be displayed at the bottom of the page.

How can I earn the CUCKOO+ reward points?

It’s extremely easy to earn the CUCKOO+ reward points. You can earn these reward points through:

a. Outright product / service purchase: 1 CUCKOO+ reward point for every RM1.

b. Rental plan / CUCKOO GOOODPLAN: 100 CUCKOO+ reward points for every payment made on-time.

c. Service Appointment: 900 CUCKOO+ reward points when you schedule a new service appointment on the CUCKOO+ mobile app.

d. Customer ‘Service Quality Check’ (SQC Survey): 700 CUCKOO+ reward points when you complete the SQC after the periodic service (Natural Care Service [NCS]).

*New CUCKOO+ rewards points will be updated on the 15th of every month. (E.g. If payment is made on the 15th of August to 14th of September, your new CUCKOO+ reward points will only be reflected / updated on the 15th of September.)

Will my CUCKOO+ rewards points expire?

Unfortunately, all unclaimed / unredeemed CUCKOO+ reward points will be forfeited THREE (3) YEARS after its issuance.

Will I receive my CUCKOO+ reward points immediately?

New CUCKOO+ rewards points will be updated on the 15th of every month.

(E.g. If payment is made on the 15th of August to 14th of September, your new CUCKOO+ reward points will only be reflected / updated on the 15th of September.)

How can I view the rewards for redemption?

To browse through the available exclusive rewards, click on ‘My Rewards’ on the CUCKOO+ mobile app homepage for the list of redeemable rewards.

How can I redeem the rewards on the CUCKOO+ mobile app?

Once you have selected your desired reward on the ‘My Rewards’ page, click ‘Redeem Now’, proceed to confirm your details and checkout!

Your redemption will be processed promptly and you will be able to track the redemption status on the ‘My Redemptions’ tab.
