This promotion is applicable to these products:
Water Purifiers
TITAN, WARRIOR, KING TOP 2, XCEL, IRIS TOP, VIVID, PRINCE TOP, ICON, MARVEL, JAZZ and QUEEN STAND
Air Purifiers
- The CUCKOO GOOOD TRADE PLAN is offered to existing CUCKOO Water Purifier/or CUCKOO Air Purifier customers who :-
- have purchased outright with no outstanding payment; or
- have completed their rental contract with no outstanding payments; or
- have entered into a six (6) and/or seven (7) year contract with at least eight (8) months or less remaining on the rental contract and must have no arrears outstanding to CUCKOO.
- The CUCKOO GOOOD TRADE PLAN is where customer can trade their existing product with a product of the same category (Water Purifier with Water Purifier/Air Purifier with Air Purifier).
- Under the CUCKOO GOOOD TRADE PLAN, the customer is bound by a:-
- Three (3) year minimum rental contract obligation with the flexibility to extend for another two (2) years; or
- a six (6) or seven (7) years CUCKOO GOOODPLAN™ contract obligation depending on the plan the customer selects.
- Any Natural Care Service package, loyalty subscription plan and/or any other package/plan subscribed by the customer in the existing rental contract shall not be brought over to the CUCKOO GOOOD TRADE PLAN and there will be no refund.
- Under the CUCKOO GOOOD TRADE PLAN, customers are required to return the existing product, including all its accessories and components, at the time of installation of the upgraded product.
- The above terms and conditions apply to the CUCKOO GOOOD TRADE PLAN and we reserve the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time.
