Driven and motivated, Seng Lee has helmed many sales-related positions and has a demonstrated history of driving successes throughout his career. From as young as 20 years old, he has proven his mettle and was promoted to be the assistant franchise manager for a food and beverage company. Seng Lee then went on to manage the sales planning & organisation support division of a home appliance MNC for 6 years before joining CUCKOO International (MAL) Sdn Bhd.
Constantly driving the company’s top sales records, Seng Lee was awarded the Best Performance recognition as Sales Director for two consecutive years before being promoted to be the Overseas Sales Director. As the Overseas Sales Director, Seng Lee has led the teams in CUCKOO Singapore and CUCKOO Brunei, overseeing the sales performances. He has also introduced the brand to Indonesians and has expanded the brand’s operations in Indonesia rapidly from Jakarta to Palembang and Medan within 6 months. Today, Seng Lee isCUCKOO International’s Chief Customer Officer, leading 4 organisations or divisions from sales to service and collection with over 100k professional personnel. Together with his teams, Seng Lee plays a crucial role in driving exceptional customer experiences through Beyond Standards services.
