A Double Award Winner, CUCKOO Takes Home The Highest Accolade Under The Water Filter Category And Its Second Win Under The Air Purifier Category For Its Best Industry Practices

Kuala Lumpur, 18 October 2021 – Raising the bar on industry excellence, Healthy Home Creator, CUCKOO International (MAL) Sdn Bhd (CUCKOO) has once again clinched two awards, under the water filter and air purifier category respectively, at the Frost & Sullivan Asia-Pacific Best Practices Awards held virtually recently.

Aside from its fifth consecutive win under the Water Filter category, the recognition is also made even memorable as CUCKOO is named as the ‘Malaysia Home Water Filter Company Of The Year’, the highest accolade awarded under the category. On top of that, CUCKOO has also been awarded with the ‘Malaysia Home Air Purifier Competitive Strategy Leadership Award’, its second consecutive win under the air purifier category.

While the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak has brought about uncertainties, CUCKOO has demonstrated its agility in steering through challenges with a quick implementation of new strategies and solutions. These include measures taken by placing customers’ safety and well-being first, such as the introduction of contactless services, delivery, and installations.

Reflecting on CUCKOO’s second consecutive win under the air purifier category, Azza Fazar added that “CUCKOO’s quick response to changing norms, such as implementing disinfection services to ensure the safety of customers and staff, has allowed the company to continue providing its services during the MCO period. Moreover, it offers contactless delivery and installation options.”
