Terms & Conditions:
- The CUCKOO GOOOD TRADE PROMOTION (“PROMOTION”) is offered to existing CUCKOO Water Purifier and/or CUCKOO Air Purifier customers who:-
- have purchased outright with no outstanding payment;
- have three (3) months or fewer remaining in their rental contract / GOOODPLAN™ contract with no outstanding payments; and/or
- have completed their rental contract / GOOODPLAN™ contract with no outstanding payments.
(Collectively known as “Customer”.)
- The PROMOTION allows Customers to trade in their existing product within the same category (i.e., Water Purifier for Water Purifier or Air Purifier for Air Purifier).
- Under the PROMOTION, the Customer is bound by a minimum rental contract term of three (3) years, with the option to extend for an additional two (2) years. Under the CUCKOO GOOOD LOYALTY PROGRAM, the Customer is bound by a rental contract term of five (5) years.
- Any CUCKOO+ Care Service package, loyalty subscription plan and/or any other packages/plans subscribed to by the Customer under the existing rental contract shall not be carried over to the PROMOTION, and no refund shall be provided.
- Under the PROMOTION, the Customer is required to return the existing product, together with all the accessories and components, at the time of installation of the upgraded product.
- The above terms and conditions apply to the PROMOTION. CUCKOO reserves the absolute right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice to the Customer.
