PARTICIPANT(S) OR YOU: Person who participates in this Campaign in accordance with the terms and conditions and any other applicable terms as set out in this Terms and Conditions.

1. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part and to be read together with the warranty and CUCKOO+ Care Service Package (CCSP) for selected Products. You also agree and authorize CUCKOO and its subsidiaries (“the Group”) to collect, use, process, and/or disclose your personal data for sales administration and marketing purposes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. 2. Products are available on a first-come-first-served basis, or while stocks last.
3. You are to proceed to the test counter for inspection and checking for any damage or defects of the Products, prior to making payment. Once payment is made, we shall not entertain any refunds, returns, or exchange requests.
4. All Products purchased during the Campaign are on a cash and carry basis and there will be no delivery services offered.
5. We only accept online payments, credit cards, or debit card transactions. No cash payments will be accepted.
6. All Products purchased during the Campaign are not allowed to be resold. CUCKOO reserves the discretion and/or right to reject any sales of Products on suspicion of resale purposes.
7. CUCKOO’s decisions in any matter in relation to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive and any request for appeal or review will not be entertained.
8. CUCKOO is entitled at its discretion without liability, from time to time to amend, vary, add to or remove these terms and conditions or any part thereof and/or withdraw this Campaign without prior notice. Where reasonably practicable we will provide advance notice of such changes, and all previous versions of user guides or leaflets will be superseded.
9. All charges and prices stated are exclusive of all applicable taxes. Any applicable taxes shall be charged and included in the invoices/payment receipts issued to you.
