How long does CUCKOO HUGZ take to fully expand?
It takes at least 24 hours for CUCKOO HUGZ to take its full shape after unboxing.
When can I sleep on CUCKOO HUGZ?
Once unboxed, CUCKOO HUGZ may take 24 to 48 hours to fully expand into its original shape. That said, we recommend allowing your mattress to expand for at least one hour before you sleep on it.
Do I need to flip CUCKOO HUGZ every once a while?
CUCKOO HUGZ is a non-flip mattress, and its latex layers are already optimized for comfort and support. This means you do not need to periodically flip and rotate CUCKOO HUGZ to maintain it.
How long can CUCKOO HUGZ be kept inside the delivery box?
The sooner you unbox the better it inflates to its shape. We recommended not keeping it sealed for more than 2 weeks.
