CUCKOO International’s journey in Malaysia began with Hoe Kian Choon, fondly known as KC Hoe, when he introduced CUCKOO, the South Korean home appliance brand to the country back in October 2014. Guided by his vision to make CUCKOO the top healthy home appliance brand in Asia and driven by the philosophy to deliver Beyond Standards products and services, the company managed to grow exponentially within a short span of five years.
 
By October 2020, over 4 million household users in Malaysia have been enhancing their lives with an array of innovative and Healthy Home offerings that are Beyond Standards. The growth, is of course, supported by over 2,000 service professionals and over 100,000 sales personnel. Under KC Hoe’s leadership, the company has achieved over 100% revenue growth for five consecutive years with a record-setting revenue of over RM910 million in 2019.
